Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CPM Copilot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

Data Usage

CPM Copilot reads project communications from email accounts you connect via OAuth. We use this data solely to provide the service -- extracting commitments, risks, and action items from your project communications. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models. Service Availability

CPM Copilot is in early access. We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. We may perform maintenance, push updates, or experience outages. We will do our best to communicate downtime in advance when possible.

Limitation of Liability

CPM Copilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. CPM Copilot is a tool to help you track project communications -- it does not replace your professional judgment.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. If we terminate your account, we will provide 30 days to export your data unless the termination is due to a serious violation.
